Peak Season

March - June, September - December

January, February, July & August

$700 will be refunded after your event if no damages, additional time, or additional security is accrued. $300 cleaning fee is non-refundable.

A security officer is included in your venue rental fee for the duration of a four hour event.

Valet can be hired for an additional cost.

We have a list of amazing caterers to choose from. Unfortunately, we do not allow caterers that are not on our approved list.
